I have never stayed in such a filthy room before. There were quite a few problems: 1. Walls were dirty; paint was chipped 2. Stove was rusty 3. Bath vent was rusty, very dusty and did not work 4. Bath wall and ceiling had hair stuck to them 5. The worst problem was the sliding glass door to the balcony. 5.A. Sliding Door track was so full of dirt and debrie, you could barely shove it open using two hands and your body to do so. (Can anyone say: FIREHAZARD?) 5.B. and there were chicken bones and toenail clippings on balcony…???… Issue was addressed to Customer service Desk…The young man behind the counter said he only worked there one day a week and the woman said that they were only a 2.2 rated hotel, our booking page showed a 3.2 rating) and the cleaning staff had been backed up for a few days. If this is the case, WHY are they renting the rooms out dirty? I expected much better conditions.
