The staff at this hotel were very helpful given the facility. The hotel was fully booked when we arrived. Room in which we stayed had a wet & moldy carpet where water had leaked in under the door. Further, the internet access wasn’t. The room was changed after the second day and we found a hole in the wall at the head of the bed, the drawers in the furniture were very sticky and very difficult to open and close. In this room, the internet access worked much better. The “breakfast” at the hotel was mostly sugar based. Again, the staff at the hotel were exceptional, very helpful, and did what they could to help us have a better experience. Just a bad experience though.

We stayed two nights at this hotel during a 5 day school field trip to Washington and was not so bad. The rooms were fine (not super) and the hotel too. It wasen’t the worst hotel, I think this hotel was better than the first one that stayed the first day when we were in New York. Although, I agree about the breakfast it was nothing special but that’s I expected specially during school field trips outside my country. (I live in Canada)
