My husband and I love going to Vegas! We like to go there every six months and try staying at different hotels. Unfortunately we decided to stay at Hooters on this visit and our stay was not as we expected it would be. The first night that we stayed there, we noticed that in the shower there were “curlies” from the previous people who stayed there (we even had to wait because they were getting the room ready)…that was awful! Also, I like using the hair drier every day and the wall outlets in the bathroom were not functioning. I had to dry my hair in some other part of the room where there was not a mirror. There were like two wall outlets in the whole bedroom and were not available for use because of the TV or lamps they have in there. The people who work at Hooters are not very friendly, except for the ladies who do housekeeping and a few of the Hooter girls working at the casino. Other than that, Hooters customer service need a lot of training on how to greet tourists!!! Even though Hooters is not on the strip, the walk from the hotel to the strip is not to far but not too convenient… you loose time and when you’re coming back from a long day at the strip is just a hassle having to walk all the way to the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend people to stay at this hotel. Expect to get the kind of care according to the price that you’re paying for, so be careful!!!
