If you want to stay in a star hotel looking for experiencing that level of service, DON’T GO HERE. They charge you so much money for a motel 6 experience. Paid 710$ for a two day stay, and had the following experience 1. After the first night at the hotel, realized the airconditioner just made noise without cooling the room. When I went to inform the front desk about this, they seemed to have prior knowledge of this (and still rented the room out). They promised to fix it that day. 2. After the day out in the city, went back to the hotel around 7pm, to find the air-conditionar still not working.When asked, the hotel manager says that technician already finished their work and promised to send them one more time. Technician arrives, examines and promises that it would start working in 20minutes. 3.Went out to the city and when I come back, the same story..still A/C not working. I complained the next day on checkout about the whole experience..the frontdesk person offers me a free breakfast and a Sorry. I declined, and she promises that she will credit some money back..and I haven’t seen that happen so far.
