Hyatt Regency, Greenville South Carolina

My experience staying at the Hyatt Regency in Greenville, South Carolina this weekend gives new meaning to their advertising slogan, “The Hyatt Touch”. The lock didn’t work, so I was forced to guard my room, and one of the unused towels was wet (yuck!).
I just want to salvage what is left of my weekend.
