I had never met a more border-line rude and unhelpful staff such as the one at the Travelodge Hotel in downtown Chicago, Illinois. The rooms were small and cramped as well as very dirty and it was noisy at night. Hotel staff never cleaned my room and the bathroom was so gross I was afraid to shower.
