I should have known when I walked into the Wynfield Inn in Orlando Florida, that it would be a bad experience because the hallway floors are very deteriorated, to the extent that you can see the rusted metal bars breaking the concrete. There was also a lack of maintenance that was so bad the hotel just felt gross. Wendy, the night clerk was extremely rude when we were lost and couldn’t find the hotel at 11:00 at night with three children in our car. Probably the rudest professional I’ve come in contact with. For someone who wants us to stay at her hotel, she was not friendly or welcoming.
